MY STORY

Hi, I’m Jeremy

My interest in fitness started in 2016 through running and kickboxing. Like many people, I was looking to build confidence, improve my health, and challenge myself. Over time, training became something I genuinely enjoyed and looked forward to.

Personal training wasn't actually my original plan. It wasn't until I started working with people and seeing the positive impact coaching could have that things clicked for me. Watching someone achieve something they didn't think they were capable of is still one of the most rewarding parts of the job.

What keeps me motivated today is the relationships I build with clients and being part of their journey as they continue to grow and improve.

Coaching Built Around Real Life

MY APPROACH

One thing I've learned is that most people don't need more information. They need someone to help them make sense of it.

Fitness can feel overwhelming when you're not sure where to start. My role is to simplify the process, teach as we go, and help you focus on the things that will make the biggest difference.

I don't believe in forcing people into a one-size-fits-all approach. Everyone starts from a different place, and good coaching means adapting to the person in front of you. Whether we're working on technique, building consistency, or developing confidence in the gym, the goal is always to help you take the next step forward.

Why Work With Me?

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Since entering the sport and recreation industry in 2020, and starting as a coach since 2022, I've worked with a wide range of people. I especially enjoy helping beginners become confident gym-goers and supporting busy people who are trying to fit training into an already full schedule.

Clients often describe me as direct, knowledgeable, and just the right amount of sarcastic. I enjoy having a laugh, but I also know when to challenge someone and when to adjust the plan to suit what they need.

My coaching is supported by a Level 5 and Level 6 Diploma in Sport, Recreation and Exercise, current First Aid certification, and REPs registration. More importantly, it's shaped by years of working alongside real people and helping them make progress that lasts.

Let’s build a plan that works for you and delivers real results.
