Personal Training focuses on your scheduled coaching sessions, where you'll receive guidance, feedback, and support during your appointments.
Premium Coaching includes additional support outside of your sessions, such as complete app access, progress tracking, and habit coaching to help keep you accountable and on track between appointments.

Not at all. Coaching is tailored to your current fitness level, whether you're stepping into the gym for the first time or have been doing your own thing for years.

Life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. I'll always do my best to find another suitable time, however late cancellations may incur the full session fee.

Payments are tailored to the coaching option you choose. Personal training sessions can be paid as you go by invoice, while hybrid and online coaching can be set up on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly invoicing schedule.

Absolutely! Premium Coaching and Online Coaching include general nutrition guidance to help support your goals.
Rather than strict meal plans, I focus on building sustainable habits through education, accountability, and practical strategies that work for your lifestyle.
Nutrition support is provided within my scope of practice and does not replace advice from a registered dietitian or healthcare professional.
